Advertisement Classification

  1. Your Logo in Information Layer: This layer is directly on top of a map. You can post your logo in your desired information layer. You can add a hyperlink to your website or a page hosted in Top Web's site. Example:
    1. Shopping Layer -- Select your area, then press "S".
    2. Property Layer -- Select your area, then press "C".
  2.       Your Company Name in Classified Ad: The starting point is the "Classified Ad" button on the main page. The next window is a classified window that allows you to select your desired trade or business. Then the next classified page holds the company names in the category.
  3. Banner Ad: available where there is space for banners.

Advertising Fee

Consumer / Service Ad:
In any information layer directly on top of a map, one logo and one web page $180 / 6 months.
In any lower layer, one logo and one web page $135 / 6 months. Plus a web page production fee of $200 / page.
Special Promotion Layer: one logo and one web page $180 / month. Plus a web page production fee of $200 / page.
Additional Logo: $90 / 6 months.
Additional Web Page: $90 / 6 months.
Client Deposit: $1,000 **.
Hyperlink to your web site: $300 / 6 months, for 5 hyperlinks or minimum charge.
Property Market Layer: one logo and one simple web page of no more than 100 words $100 / month. The simple webpage production fee is included.
Real Estate Agent's Deposit: $1,000 **.
** deposit – because we have your deposit, we do not have to wait for the cashing of your cheque. We can proceed immediately to work on your advertisement.

Web Page Production Fee

Text Web Page Production Fee: $200 / page, text only, graphics not included.
Symbolic Building Map: $300 first map, $150 each map afterwards.
Symbolic Shopping Centre Map: $500 first map, $300 each map afterwards.
Information Layer: depends on the amount of information and on your requirements.

Top Web's Advertising Policy

  1. Top Web reserves the right to refuse any advertisement.
  2. Top Web reserves the right to refuse any company logo that is too large, or may interfere the clarity of the map.
  3. Top Web will place logos in a location on a first come first serve basis.
  4. If there is not enough space for your logo in your desired location. Top Web will use a lower layer to accommodate your logo. For example, Lan Kwai Fong in Central of Hong Kong.
  5. Top Web accepts text and image advertisements. Top Web does not accept sound or video advertisements.
  6. Top Web will start working on your advertisement after Top Web cashes your cheque.
